At PILATES QUEEN it’s all about the experience and meeting you where you are on your wellness journey. Our instructors are trained to teach to the bodies they see, not just regurgitate material from a book. It’s the small details that make a difference.

Group Reformer Classes

Reformer Safety class must be completed before attending!

A fun 45-minute class that will take you through various Reformer exercises to create proficient movement patterns whilst working on all the core Pilates principles.

Barre

No Experience Required!

Barre is a full body workout that focuses on exercises promoting strength, flexibility, and endurance. It fuses the formats of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and basic resistance training together and because it's LOW IMPACT, it’s great for those that may have had previous injuries.

Mat Pilates

No Experience Required!

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates as a way to rehabilitate soldiers in World War 1.
In Mat Pilates we use a variety of props (mini ball, gliding discs, bands, circles etc) to provide a LOW IMPACT workout to strengthen deep core muscles, increase flexibility and improve coordination. Many of our movements are physical therapy based and suitable for active aging, so it's doable for EVERY BODY!

Pilates Arc

No Experience Required!

The Pilates Arc is a lightweight piece of equipment designed for comfort and support. A great class for beginners or those that have been practicing Pilates for years, it helps to correct posture and adds variation to our Mat exercises. Especially useful for those that are pregnant.

Foam Rolling

No Experience Required!

Foam Rolling aids muscles in recovery, promotes increased circulation and aids in releasing tension. This class focuses on teaching you how to use the roller correctly and helps to resume normal blood flow and function to the body.

BODHI Suspension System™

Bodhi means “awakening” which is exactly what you’ll do during this class as we literally “teach you the ropes”. As the world’s first 4-point suspension system, it allows for multi directional movement making it possible to target different muscle groups and enhance functional fitness. Great for improving core stability and injury prevention.

Group Cycling

No experience needed. Must be able to meet height requirements to ride and be at least 13 years of age.
